Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at Telawne Power Equipments Private Limited in Thane.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development and implementation, training and development, and HR compliance.
The Human Resources Manager will also ensure a positive and productive work environment, foster employee engagement, and support the company's strategic goals.
