Auto Material / Raw Material Support Analyst

Download material indices from various sources, calculate, analyze and update them in WIPS per established frequency
Circulate price bulletin to Commodity Buyers
Update quarterly price claims as received from the market sources
Conduct price audits per the given criteria and frequency
Bachelor's degree in Commerce with good Excel and communication skills and basic understanding of Purchasing

Diploma degree in Engineering

Send regular follow ups to the stakeholders for clarification
Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports and distribute to customers
Resolve account queries and identify reasons for Missing Prices by following up with Buyers and Suppliers, and escalate priority items to the Purchasing Manager
Identify process improvements (either Kaizen or Six Sigma processes)
Deliver cost savings objectives/best price using Purchasing tools such as target setting, competitive bids, etc.
Establish and maintain strong crossfunctional relationships
Manage positive relationships with the supply base
