Financial Analyst (Accountant cum Stock cum Purchase)

Accounting Responsibilities:


  • Maintain financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Handel Billing and quote on time.

Stock Management Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient stock control.
  • Track and record stock movements, including purchases, sales, and returns.
  • Implement inventory management systems and best practices.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast inventory needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Purchase Management Responsibilities:


  • Procure goods and services required by the organization.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities and implement costeffective procurement strategies.
  • Maintain a database of suppliers and their performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to support production and operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

Salary:
