Financial Analyst (Accountant cum Stock cum Purchase)
1.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Handel Billing and quote on time.

Stock Management Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient stock control.
- Track and record stock movements, including purchases, sales, and returns.
- Implement inventory management systems and best practices.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast inventory needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Purchase Management Responsibilities:
- Procure goods and services required by the organization.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Identify costsaving opportunities and implement costeffective procurement strategies.
