    Position Summary:

    The ideal candidate should possess experience in basic and detailed design for Infrastructure, Energy, and M&M projects. Proficiency in Electrical Physical design, coordination with technical disciplines, and familiarity with Indian, US, Euro, and other international standards is essential. The role involves developing designs for complex engineering systems and structures, planning and presenting detailed scale models under supervision.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Generate 2-D CAD plant layouts and drawings using Microstation / AutoCAD / Smart Sketch based on detailed design 3-D CAD models with minimal guidance.
    • Proficient in S3D modelling for Equipment, Raceway, Grounding, and lighting.
    • Independently prepare 3-D CAD design models, assist in model construction, and participate in client model reviews.
    • Conduct design calculations, prepare material quantity takeoffs and requisitions, review design documents and drawings, and coordinate with other disciplines.
    • Address design queries from clients and construction teams, maintain drawing files and records, and promote a collaborative work environment centered on openness, communication, teamwork, and innovation.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience, specialized drafting, design, engineering practices, and CAD knowledge.
    • Site experience is advantageous.
    • Sound understanding of CAD design, drafting techniques, relevant standards, and construction materials.
    • Proficiency in S3D, Revit, Microstation/AutoCAD, reading engineering drawings, relevant codes, and cable sizing.
    • Knowledge of engineering materials application, interdisciplinary design coordination, and Navisworks for model review.
    • Ability to prepare material quantity take-offs, promote a collaborative work environment, and ensure a satisfying career journey.
