Responsibilities:
_
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including online listings, referrals, cold calling, and networking events.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties to interested parties.
- Assess clients' needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties that meet their criteria.
- Negotiate and mediate property deals between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, striving for winwin outcomes.
- Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and leasing contracts to clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and property inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge of the real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
- Keep track of property listings and maintain comprehensive databases of client information and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and build longterm relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in real estate sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements:_
- Proven work experience as a real estate sales executive or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property laws and regulations.
- Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
