• Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and any necessary information.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by drivers during transportation.

• Oversee the accurate and timely completion of transportationrelated documents, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Supervise the use of equipment, such as forklifts or cranes, for loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure the proper training and certification of equipment operators.

• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries during transportation activities.
• Conduct safety training for onfield personnel.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, warehouse, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate any challenges or issues that may impact transportation activities.

• Develop and implement emergency response plans for onfield incidents or accidents.
• Coordinate with emergency services when necessary.

• Implement systems to track and manage inventory during transportation.
• Ensure accurate recording of goods received and dispatched.

• Interact with customers or clients to address inquiries, provide updates on shipments, and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a customerfocused approach.

• Address and resolve any onfield issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or disruptions to transportation schedules.
• Implement corrective actions as needed.

• Monitor onfield performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
