About Us:
Responsibilities:
- Consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goal sand requirements.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and uptodate information about colleges, universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Guidance: Offer personalized guidance and advice to help students make informed decisions regarding their education.
- Sales Pitch: Present our educational services and solutions to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
- Followup: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture and convert them into clients.
- Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better assist clients
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (educational background in sales or marketing is a plus).
- 02 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation abilities.
- Enthusiastic and selfmotivated with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Ability to work in a targetdriven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
