    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Role : SFDC Engineer

    Experience Required : 6 to 8 Years

    Educational Qualification : BE/ B Tech / MCA / Any Degree

    Skills : Salesforce configurations, Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, Integrations, Lightning, Communities

  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Completion of a coding exercise during the interview process is obligatory.
  • Proficiency in integrations.
  • Mastery in Service Cloud functionality.
  • Familiarity with Chat and Chatbots.
  • Understanding of Experience Cloud and Customer Community platforms.
  • Advanced expertise in product, service, and solution design and development.
  • Capacity to formulate responses and devise solutions tailored to customer needs.

    • Nice to have:

  • Platform 1\2 Developer Certified is the requirement.
  • Certified service cloud consultant
