Secretarial
Meetings

  • Conducting Committees Meeting of Audit, NRC, CSR and Risk, Board Meetings and Annual & EOG Meetings
Meetings and coordination with Registrar of Companies, Listing Department, Practicing Company Secretaries, RTA, NSDL / CDSL, etc

Compliances

  • Timely and prompt filing of various documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, stock exchanges, etc as per the requirements of Companies Act, Listing Agreement, RBI and other statutory acts.

Legal
Documents - Drafting, Vetting and execution of documents / agreements as may be required under various statutes.

Registration of documents / agreements


Filing of complaints, filing of legal cases in various courts etc as may be required and appearing before the statutory authorities as a representative of the Company on behalf of the Company.

Consultations - Co ordination with various law firms, advocates, counsels, etc in relation to existing or new cases


Educational Qualifications/Exp.

  • ACS / FCS & LLB
Min 10 years experience


Technical/ Functional Knowledge and skills

  • Good knowledge of the various statutes applicable to the corporate and its compliances within time frame

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹50, ₹90,000.00 per month
