We are looking for dynamic, self driven and focused Business Development Executive (New Client Acquisition)- The top priority of this role is Lead generation/acquire new clients.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Probing the customers to understand their requirements and offer them the best print products.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the sales objectives.
- Upselling products and services.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Any Graduate/PG with 2+ years relevant experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Client Management.
- Target-driven, very committed, result oriented and dedicated.
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
- Very enthusiastic, self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
