Description
Building long-term relationships with new and existing Customers- Identifying key customers
- Collecting and analysing customer data
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships
- Developing new ways to meet customers' needs
- Handling customer complaints
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer
- Creating and executing retention campaigns
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Master's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
