Joshita Infra is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's real estate properties, including features, benefits, pricing, and payment options.
- Reach out to potential customers and educate them about the properties available, responding to their queries and concerns, and assisting them through the entire sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, using effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Use a range of marketing strategies to generate leads and attract potential customers, including online and offline advertising, social media, and networking events.
- Continuously monitor market trends and keep uptodate with industry developments, staying abreast of competitors and adapting sales strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field.
- 01 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Selfmotivated, driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

₹15,000.00 per month
