Field Sourcing Officer.

FSO:
Field Sourcing Officer.

• Work Timings: Flexible based on Hiring Plan (Early Morning 4AM to 8AM Availability is required)
• Reporting Manager: Team Lead
• Reporting Location: As per the next day hiring plan
• Area: Approx 1012 Drop Points in your area. ( Approx 8 Km Radius area)
• Salary: 20K + Incentives

Objective:
To hire the required DE within a specified TAT.


KRA:

• Ensuring the Delivery executives requirement in your assigned area is always fulfilled within a specified TAT.
• Scout the area in and around the assigned drop points and source the delivery partners.
• Leverage the referral channel by talking to as many right audiences in those areas and generate an interesting lead funnel.
• Visit the drop points periodically based on the requirement and try to understand the problem in that hiring and work towards solving it.
• Responsible for coordinating and conversion of interested leads by ensuring they report at the nearest drop Point location for onboarding procedure.
• Explain the activities of the Delivery partner, the payout structure and in coordination with the

Hub TL, facilitate a very good experience with the onboarding process.

• Be a buddy for the new joinee till 3rd Delivery Day, resolve any issues and ensure smooth handover to the city hub team.
