- _Good support knowledge of Microsoft Office 365_
- _Software and Hardware Troubleshooting._
- _Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2000/2003/2008 experience._
- _Routers, switches and firewall experience._
- _Microsoft Office 2007, Office 2010 support._
- _TCP/IP_
- _Self-confidence and interpersonal skills._
