Roles and Responsibilities:
The BDM will be responsible for:
- Taking care of the End to End recruitment cycle.
- Doing regular telephonic followups.
- Maintaining regular reports
Skill required:
- Applicant should possess good communication skills (oral as well as written).
- Applicant should have good understanding of technology.
- Good typing skills (30 WPM desired)
- Applicant having knowledge of US Geography, Tax Terms, Visa would be a big plus (but not required)
- Should be open to join immediately. (Cab will be provided for females only).
Experience required:
Freshers only.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate
Shift timings:
US EST Timings (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
- Mon to Friday
