Job description
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensuring the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested.
- Taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently
- Distribute monthly, quarterly, and yearend sales volume reports.
- Provide good customer service with followup on any /all requests on behalf of the Account Executive
- Excellent interpersonal skills and great attitude.
Education Qualification:
Graduate will be preferred
