    Responsibilities: ClientCoordination: Serveas the primary point of contact for clients maintaining regularcommunicationtounderstand their needs provide updates on project progress andaddress anyconcernsor questions.
    Gather client requirements objectives and feedback and effectivelycommunicatethem tothe internal team to ensure alignment and successful projectdelivery.
    Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell servicesto existingclientsbased ontheir evolving needs andobjectives.

    TeamCoordination:

    Collaborate closely with internal teams including social mediaexecutivesSEOspecialistscontent creators and graphic designers to ensure all project tasksarecompleted ontime and withinscope. Coordinateproject timelines allocate resources and track project milestonestoensure timelydelivery of highqualitywork.

    Digital MarketingExpertise:

    Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms SEOprinciplescontentstrategy and graphic design concepts to contribute valuableinsightsandrecommendationsto client projects

    Documentation andReporting:

     Maintainaccurate project documentation including project plans statusreports andclientcorrespondence to ensure transparency andaccountability.
    Generate comprehensive reports on project performance highlightingkey metricsinsightsand recommendations foroptimization.

    Requirements:Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar role ispreferred but notrequired. Strongunderstanding of social media platforms SEO principles contentmarketingandgraphic designfundamentals.
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideasclearly and buildrapportwith clientsand team members.
    Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritisetasks manage multipleprojectssimultaneouslyand meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. AsanaTrello or Basecamp) is aplus. Creativemindset with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness tolearn and adapt to new technologies andstrategies.
