Purpose of the role:

We seek a creative, dynamic Recruiter to join our team as the Talent Acquisition Associate.

He/she will be accountable for managing many open positions and flex to address the highly diverse and at times significant volume of recruitment priorities across the organization.

**As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will: - Identify the organization's needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy - including Employer Brand efforts - to improve recruitment and business performance

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand key recruiting goals and milestones for the team & develop the hiring strategies.
  • Visit career and job fairs.
  • Maintain and improve a keen understanding of the requirements for each role & create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Own full cycle recruitment & implement best practices in hiring issues and procedures.
  • Manage searches toward optimal performance, including upgrading talent.
  • Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our required positions.

Qualification and Experience:


  • Master's degree in HR/LR/IR/Management or related field from Tier I or II institutes.
  • 34 years of experience in endtoend recruitment

Skills and competencies:


  • Proficiency with recruitment through social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical/nontechnical roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current HR/talent, and the ability to think outside of what's been done before to come up with the best solution
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. Ability to grow global strategies and think about recruiting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting to senior leadership teams while collaborating and leading large crossdepartmental projects/initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organization
  • Adaptability ability to learn/flex and adapt to changing business needs
  • Divergent thinking creative problem solving, ability to know the environment, and effectively use company resources to draw conclusions
  • Analytical mindset
- using data to tell stories and drive decisions; you seek to understand and solve a problem, and you instinctively ask for the data. You are fluent in recruiting analytics and building and improving systems and processes around them.
