    Position Overview:


    The Marketing Specialist at AllesHealth will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at engaging both B2B customers (laboratories) and B2C customers (patients and carers).

    This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to elevate our brand presence and drive growth.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the growth for B2B and B2C approach.

    Identify and understand the needs and preferences of the target audience, and tailor marketing campaigns to effectively engage and attract patients and caregivers.

    Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships, to reach and acquire new community members.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and impactful content that resonates with the target audience.
    Implement data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-informed decisions for optimization and improvement.
    Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
    Build relationships with relevant stakeholders, organizations, and influencers in the healthcare industry to drive awareness and foster partnerships.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

    Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance community growth initiatives.

    Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community growth, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

    Proven experience of at least 3 years in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry, with a focus on community growth.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
    Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
    Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding community growth targets.
    Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    Knowledge of the Indian healthcare market and understanding of patient and caregiver dynamics in India is highly desirable.
    Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
    Fluency in English is required, proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
