Job Responsibilities:
Ø To manage and supervise daily accounting.
Ø To manage Account Payable function.
Ø Coordinate with vendors and generate PO
Ø To manage Donor accounting and other receipts.
Ø To check bills and expense reports
Ø Receipt & disbursement of Cash
Ø Daily maintains an accurate record of cash balances
Ø To ensure accounting policies and processes are strictly laid out and implemented.
Ø To prepare monthly MIS and Cash Flow Projections.
Ø To prepare and review Budgets and Variance Analysis.
Ø To ensure Tax, PF and other regulatory and statutory compliances are met with.
Ø To supervise Payroll activities including liaising with external consultants for payroll
Ø To prepare financial reports and liaise with Auditors for accounts finalization.
Ø To co-ordinate and liaise with other external parties like Bankers, Internal Auditors, Donors, Tax and regulatory authorities etc.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
