Supervision and Leadership:
The Restaurant Captain is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. They provide leadership and direction to the service staff, ensuring they adhere to the established service standards and protocols.

Guest Relations:
The Captain plays a crucial role in guest relations. They greet guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience. They address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.

Order Management:
They coordinate the order-taking process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This includes communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered to the correct tables.


Problem Solving:
The Restaurant Captain must be adept at problem-solving. They handle any issues or complaints from guests, finding solutions quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.

Shift Coordination:

Depending on the size and structure of the restaurant, the Captain may be responsible for managing shift schedules, ensuring that there is adequate staff coverage during peak hours, and coordinating breaks for the service team.


Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 Per Month
