REQUIREMENT OF Restaurant Trainer/Corporate Trainer (HONEY & DOUGH)

We are looking for Trainer with Hotel Management degree / diploma, having experience on the training 5 to 8 years to train the casual dining/ fine dining restaurant staff


Prime responsibilities are:

  • Preparing training module, prepare training program to train the restaurant staff.
  • Training module on communication skills, behaviour, serving, ordering etc.
  • Also conduct on job training for new joining employees to become familiar with a restaurant operational procedures, policies and SOPS
  • Trainer ensures that there is consistency across the brand when it comes to service, policies and procedures
  • Recheck existing SOPS
  • After training assessments and evaluate the success of training program.
Trainer from Fine dining, hotel can apply. Can join immediately.


Salary:
₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
