The Banking and Finance assistant is in charge of assisting customers or clients with financial transactions. One of the most important responsibilities of a Telecaller is to provide excellent customer service. A Telecaller's primary responsibility is to assist and advise customers on financial products.

Responsibilities of Banking and Finance Telecaller:

  • A Telecaller's primary responsibility is to answer customer or client calls and provide financial solutions to their problems.
  • He or she must demonstrate a desire to learn new skills.
  • To resolve any financial issues, you must speak with your supervisor or team leader.
  • The telecaller should be solely responsible for resolving the issue.

Key skills:

  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Good communication skills

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
