Managing reception & guests, Handling any other day to day office responsibilities.

  • Managing Oiffice stationary & printing.
  • Processing monthly vendor invoices on time for payments.
  • Responding to Admin Helpdesk.
  • Manage Inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner. Inform customers about the company's produt/ services and offer.
