Weseekg a qualified and experienced Fashion Designer Trainer to join our team.

The Fashion Designer Trainer will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills to aspiring fashion designers, ensuring that they develop the necessary expertise to excel in the field of fashion design and tailoring.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion, possess excellent communication skills, and have a minimum of 2 years of training experience.
Training Experience: The Fashion Designer Trainer must have a minimum of 2 years of training experience in the field of fashion design and tailoring.
Student-

Centric Approach:
The trainer must have experience working with women, students, and individuals seeking to become fashion designers. They should be able to tailor their teaching methods to suit the diverse needs of their students.

Effective Communication: The Fashion Designer Trainer should possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact with students in a way that simplifies complex fashion design concepts, making them easily understandable.
Multilingual Skills: The trainer should be proficient in English, Marathi, and Hindi, enabling them to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and ensure that all students can grasp the content.

Key Responsibilities:

The Fashion Designer Trainer will be responsible for providing training to women beneficiaries under our women empowerment project.
Provide market linkage through marketing and digital marketing interventions.
A successful Fashion Designer Trainer should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, clients and should be friendly, outgoing, and trustworthy.
Ultimately, a topnotch Fashion Designer Trainer should be a good multitasker and a great listener, have good time management skills, and be highly organized.
Researching fabrics, clothing construction, and fashion accessories
Predicting and spotting fashion trends
Keeping up to date with current and changing trends in fashion and design and train women accordingly
Selecting the most appropriate pieces from collections and ranges
Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes and designer labels
Help women in designing market survey, product survey and costing
Awareness of art, design and fashion industry
Business skills such as marketing, digital marketing, networking and advertising
Provide market linkage through marketing and digital marketing interventions
Creative and innovative

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Graduation in Fashion Design or a Diploma in Fashion Design.
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong emphasis on teaching or training in fashion design.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
