    1. JOB DETAILS:

    Position Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager - NPD

    Reports to: Beverage NPD Lead

    Department & Division - Dunkin Marketing

    2. ABOUT JUBILANT FOODWORKS:

    Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (NSE, BSE: JUBLFOOD) is India's largest foodservice company and is part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group. Incorporated in 1995, the Company holds the exclusive master franchise rights from Domino's Pizza Inc. to develop and operate the Domino's Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. In India, it has a strong and extensive network of 1,928 Domino's stores across 407 cities. The Company also has exclusive rights to develop and operate Popeyes restaurants in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan and Dunkin' restaurants in India.

    The Company currently operates 32 Popeyes restaurants in ten cities and 25 Dunkin' restaurants across eight cities.'Hong's Kitchen' is the first owned-restaurant brand of the Company operating in the Chinese cuisine segment whichnow has 22 restaurants across four cities.

    DP Eurasia(DPEU) - a step-down subsidiary of the Company - is the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino's Pizzabrand in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia which has 694 stores wherein 88% are franchised stores. In addition to its pizza delivery business, DPEU also has its own coffee brand, COFFY, which trades from 67 stores.In Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the Company operates through its 100% owned subsidiary which currently has 50 and26 stores respectively.

    3. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

     Be a guardian of coffee and beverage quality

    o Work with training team and beverage lead to create SOPs that will help in elevation of coffee and beverage standards

    o Conduct beverage quality evaluation at stores and advise store team on action plan

    o Co-Own beverage NPS with beverage NPD lead

     Product Innovation

    o Support beverage NPD lead in developing new seasonal products

    o Should have understanding of influence of seasonality, festive season and daypart, etc. on beverage market behaviour and sales

    o Should build and maintain healthy relations with beverage ingredient vendors

    o Should have a healthy relations and smooth conversation with internal stake holders that contribute to new product closure

    o Create SOPs related to new product and clearly indicate if there is any impact on any of the existing products

     Elevate Core

    o Should have clear understanding of Dunkin's product strategy with respect to core offerings

    o Identify and rectify issues if any with prep standards, routines, recipes or quality issues if any with existing core products

    o Ensure store teams are clear on existing beverage routines, roles and recipes through continuous reiteration

     Check on Competitive landscape

    o Conduct market research and competition analysis with respect to offerings, innovation and pricing

    o Understand the pricing trend of the market and share inputs with beverage lead for evaluation and execution

    o Be aware of market trends that may directly or indirectly impact the coffeehouse industry

     Support Beverage Launch

    o Working closely with support teams to ensure smooth launch of new products

    o Create SOPs for new products and new ingredients, small ware, etc. that may be important for the launch

    o Work with Marketing & food NPD team to ensure appropriate food pairing recommendations are sent to Operations team

    5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

     At least 2-3 Years' experience as a Barista

     Ability to work with large teams and can collaborate with multiple stake holders

     Strong communication and presentation skills are also desired
