Key accountabilities (Role Description):


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:


  • Support and lead requirement gathering, alignment discussions with local markets and supplier for process
  • Manage sign off from respective stakeholders and local markets
  • Provide support in process design
  • E2E request processing within Workflow, configuration & platform testing of sandbox, UAT
  • Support and lead analysis of integration requirements with VF systems
  • Testing of integrations, Hyper care support, Training support, Lead/support documentation
  • Assure to provide the Quality assurance.
  • Query Resolution
  • Contribution on digital automation.
  • Project Management,Meet project time lines,Acihve UAT and meet stackholders expectation.
  • Handle issues/Escalations effectively with stackholder regarding Contract Management Process & Manage end to end Life cycle of Contract
  • Achieve and improve the process KPI performance
  • Manage Query resolution and troubleshooting
  • Escalate functional questions / bugs / change requests as per agreed escalation process.
  • Supports the adoption of SCM system and process across global.
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholder and suppliers.
  • Ensures continuous alignment with internal stakeholders incl. all teams in SSC, IT and corporate & circle SCM's for seamless support delivery
  • Contributes to driving the Health, Safety and wellbeing agenda in SCM & local operations
