(ACPL), Noida who are very well established in the business of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance for the last 25 years and created a very strong image in the industry.
ACPL clients are widely distributed in Foods, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Bandages and Diagnostics industry.This project ACPL is to select the best final year students of Pharmacy & Pharmacy from the good institutes in India for giving them high level of on-job training in the field of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance by the ACPL's experienced professionals and get the trained students placed in the corporate world in the department of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance on the impressive salary packages.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate all the team members to achieve 100% target
- Should lead the team from the front
- Analyze and take timely action on the basis of reports submitted by the team members
- Plan the monthly/quarterly/annual objectives of all the team members
- Analyze and implementation of quality work of all the team members
- Properly and effectively handle all the objections, crisis and issues that arise from time to time
- Develop efficient coordination between all the team members and the departments
- Control the expenses in optimum way
- Responsible for running the Institute profitably
- Become the profit center for the company
- Work and resolve issues related with every team member
- Have meetings with MD to review the work of every team member and actions taken on the issues arising from time to time
- Observe and initiate the team members to adhere with the company's policies and strategies
