    Hiring for UX Designer role one of our client who are in wealth advisory platform helping emerging market customers achieve their financial goals and aspirations with an aim to become the #1 trusted financial destination for digital natives.


    Currently, our client offers in active and passive investments in US stocks and ETFs for Indian residents through innovative investment products.

    Need strong Design background candidates (B.Des/M.Des)


    Responsibilities :

    • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather valuable insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.
    • Conduct customer and product research through interviews, usability tests and other research methodologies. Analyze and interpret user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.
    • Research and analyze competitors and market trends to stay informed about industry best practices
    • Plan, execute, and report on usability testing sessions, providing actionable recommendations for product enhancements
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate user research findings into the product design and development process
    • Document research findings, insights, and recommendations in clear, concise reports and presentations
    • Must have handson experience in both finance industry and B2C design

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Solid 2+ years experience in UI/UX design and implementation.
    • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in using UX research tools, such as survey platforms, usability testing software, and data analysis tools.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, degrees of complexity and scope.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced, evolving industry.
