Job Overview:


As a Homecare Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our homecare services, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with potential clients to expand our clientele base.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends in the homecare services sector.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for market penetration and growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals, families, healthcare providers, and institutions requiring homecare services.
  • Present and promote our range of homecare services to potential clients and partners to doctors.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with healthcare facilities, senior living communities, insurance providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Meeting doctors, physicians on daily basis to brief about our services.
  • Getting leads from doctors, convert them into sales and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and market insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or homecare sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding business targets.
  • Understanding of homecare services, healthcare regulations, and market dynamics.
