Scope

Knowledge:

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.

Complexity:
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Supervision:
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify solutions to inefficient workflows
Maintain required documentation and proactively identify improvement opportunities through systematic measurements and analysis
Partner with management, analytics and end-users to create and manage Salesforce functionality including but not exclusive to workflow rules, data validation, and process builders
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce and FinancialForce
Manage daily administration of users, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts in Salesforce
Work with business intelligence and management to create dashboards to help provide insight into business performance
Act as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems
Maintain and support custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rules

Work Experience (Indicate the approximate years of relevant work experience necessary for this position)- 3+ years of system administration of Salesforce
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

3+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and administering Salesforce
Service Cloud experience preferred but not required
Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
Salesforce certification highly desirable
Experience with Salesforce Lightning required
