Description
The Customer Success Associate is a vital member of the customer success team, responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.
This role is focused on building strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and driving customer retention and growth.In combination with:
- Ability to act as a consultant, advisor, and customer Support advocate for our client programs.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute projects crossfunctionally.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong learning curve and ability to analyze and produce useful metrics.
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- 2+ years of customer success management Operations/technical account management, sales engineering, or professional services
