Ensures efficient Project Management (PM) coordination and administration, and ensures adherence to defined and agreed process and commercial standards and guidelines.

The key responsibilities lie in developing, updating and maintaining the time schedule of an onshore wind turbine project. You will further be responsible for tasks connected to e.g. monthly internal reporting, client reporting and communication, proactive follow-ups, schedule analysis and key stakeholder alignment regarding different planning deliverables.

Your responsibilities and duties will also include:

  • Developing contractual and operational time schedules
  • Preparing scenario planning to evaluate potential options
  • Analyzing schedules and providing scenario plans for mitigation
  • Maintaining the accuracy of project plans according with project objectives
  • Analyzing the schedule variance, risk and opportunity
  • Preparing and presenting data to influence program decision making
  • Coordinating with project team to accelerate tasks and resolve problems
  • Supporting the Project Portfolio team with inputs from your project
  • Giving feedback to the line organization on learnings and best practices
  • Organize own workload to ensure your time is utilized effectively

  • Ideally you hold a Bachelor degree within industry related fields, e.g. engineering or project management.
  • You have a minimum 10 years' experience of working in Planning & Primavera
  • You have experience from planning and control environments
  • Potentially PMI-SP certification
  • Expert level using Primavera P
  • Knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Construction processes
  • As a person you are proactive with a detail and processoriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills demonstrated through ability to plan and prioritize
  • You are able to work in an international environment and English skills, both orally and in writing
  • Full communication with sales team, presales construction, logistics and COO PLA to collect all necessary set of assumptions to create sales phase tender schedule.
  • Project Planner to deliver project schedules in the required format to meet project requirements in sales phase.
  • Support PR, BOP, Logistics and Construction function in the selection and development of scheduling inputs, ensuring project schedules comply with PR requirements.
  • Provide inputs to global operations function in order to plan manufacturing.
  • Development and mentoring of other presales project planners in India including training and skills to fulfill SGRE, project and market requirements.
  • Monitor and control activated project schedule in P6 and SAPP.
  • Interface with corporate PR team as required.
  • Education: B.E Mechanical / Electrical
  • Industry : Preferred from Wind Industry
