Job Role:


  • Any Graduate in Any Specialization (Post Graduation Not Required).
  • Well versed with Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, count if, Sum If, Pivot, Filtration, Duplicity etc.).
  • Coordinate with Customer regarding product issues.
  • Coordinate with sales team.
  • Minimum 2+ Yrs. Experience of working with ERP and having understanding of purchase, Sales, Inventory.
  • Having ecommerce experience will be added advantages.
  • Good communication strong followup skills.
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Daily monitoring inventory levels and planning.
  • Daily monitoring the journey of orders on ecommerce platforms.
Orders received and synced in ERP

Orders Billed
Orders Shipped etc.

  • Preparing pending order summary and publishing with all relevant stockholders.
  • Following up for the pending orders closer with various team.
  • Reviewing various TATs like Order to Invoice, Invoice to Shipping, Shipping to Deliver, RTO, Return etc.
