    About Adagrad AI:
    Our story began in 2018 when some of us were still in college.

    While solving some of the world's most complex design problems during undergrad like self-driving cars and representing India at Hockenheimring, we realized the potential of AI.

    We went on to quit our jobs at some of the best AI labs in the world like Microsoft Research and Dev, Georgia Tech, and more to do the most meaningful work of our lives.

    Today, our algorithms run on thousands of cameras across the world empowering organizations to do more harnessing the true capacity of Artificial Intelligence.


    Our mission is to push the frontiers of what's possible using artificial intelligence using exceptional techniques in GPU programming, Deep Learning, and Mathematics.

    The name "Adagrad" comes from a mathematical optimizer that fundamentally changed the paradigm of Deep Learning introducing adaptive gradients, similar to how we envision changing how industries function through the use of AI.


    Job Description :

    Function :
    Backend Development, Engineering Management, Full-Stack Development

    C++, Machine Learning, CUDA, Data Structures, Algorithms

    • As a C/C++ Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on exciting projects related to computer vision and machine learning.
    • Your role will involve developing, testing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C/C++ code.
    • You will collaborate with our team to design and implement highquality software solutions, participate in code reviews, debug and resolve technical issues, and document development phases.

    Responsibilities :

    • Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C/C++ code.
    • Collaborate with the team to design and implement highquality software solutions.
    • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
    • Participate in code reviews to maintain a highquality codebase.
    • Debug and resolve software defects and other technical issues.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand enduser requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
    • Document development phases and monitor systems.
    • Stay updated with new technology trends, specifically within AI and machine learning.

    Requirements :

    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience.
    • Proven experience as a C/C++ developer with a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
    • Basic familiarity with AI and Machine Learning algorithms and workflows.
    • Strong expertise in working with lowlatency hardware optimizations using OpenMP and CUDA.
    • Experience in writing unit tests with frameworks like GTest.
    • Strong experience in C++ 17 and smart memory management.
    • Experience in embedded systems design and lowlevel hardware interactions.
    • Strong debugging and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
