Skills/Experience Required

  • Salesforce implementation experience as a Consultant on 2 or more CRMA Projects
  • Expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Automation (lightning Flows) and Security model.
  • Data Migration, User configuration and Org Administration.
  • Exclusive knowledge on Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics including Data Flow configuration, Recipe building and scheduling, external data management.
  • Good understanding of CRM-A architecture and effective use of CRMA's Data API or connectors.
  • Hands on experience with design, and build CRMA datasets, recipes and data flows,.
  • Basic knowledge on Tableau analytics.
  • Good working experience with reporting including classic reports, lightning reports, reporting snapshots, report schedular, Dashboards and dynamic dashboards
  • Understands business terminology and can provide solutions utilizing Salesforce OOTB features
  • Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.
**Qualification: - 5+ years of salesforce experience with at least 3+ years of salesforce Business Analyst

  • Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study,
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
  • Salesforce certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
