About Us:


Responsibilities:

Design Development:Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to marketing collateral, social media graphics, website assets, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in all design elements, maintaining brand standards and guidelines across various platforms and channels.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Effectively communicate with team members to gather project requirements and feedback.

Creative Innovation:Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to bring innovative design solutions to the team. Proactively contribute ideas to enhance the visual identity and communication strategies of the organization.

Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 35 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in UI/UX design.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design.
  • Previous experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
