Description
Post-dispatch of products from delivery to customer review, taking utmost care of the customer experience at each step.

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Update our internal databases with information about any specific query, concern, or feedback from our customers.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Inform customers about new products.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Making the customer have the best experience with the brand is the ultimate target.
  • Any Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within the customer service industry.
  • Should have worked on CRM.
  • Freshers with good communication skills and knowledge of the fashion industry can apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time management and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • A team player.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
