Description
Post-dispatch of products from delivery to customer review, taking utmost care of the customer experience at each step.- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about any specific query, concern, or feedback from our customers.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new products.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Making the customer have the best experience with the brand is the ultimate target.
- Any Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the customer service industry.
- Should have worked on CRM.
- Freshers with good communication skills and knowledge of the fashion industry can apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Strong time management and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
- Able to perform under pressure.
- A team player.

₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
