DON'T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT?Responsibilities
Analyse and understand current performance management, goal setting, and talent processes within the organisation.
Identify areas for improvement, aligning processes with best practices and organisational objectives.
Develop a transition plan to implement new processes, ensuring seamless adoption by endusers
Build and drive strong development culture and highly productive teams
Ability to do deep dive on technical areas and get the best outcome out of technically challenging situations.
Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of HR technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational and change perspective
Able to gather business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and translating them into technical requirements and configuring the system
Assists with partnerships with analytics and engineering teams, and interface with cross functional stakeholders e.g. executives, sales, product, marketing, legal, and customer success teams to fulfil the product backlog using Scrum/ Agile methodologies
Working with testing teams to ensure the solution is built as per the design and meets the requirements of the business.
Advising the business on best practises from a product perspective
Resolution of business incidents with mínimal business impact
Analysis of SuccessFactors half year releases, providing walk through of the release features to the client and implementation of the features in the system
Have experience interacting with various organizational levels, including senior HR and business leaders
Skills
Prior experience of implementing SuccessFactors modules in one or more areas

interpersonal skills
Experience of using Microsoft excel using vlook ups and rest of Microsoft Office suite

SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in one or more of Performance & Goals, Career & Succession Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as
Experience
Good knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors integrated modules like Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and their impact on SuccessFactors talent modules
Good knowledge of role based permissions in SuccessFactors
Data transformation and upload for migration from legacy system to SuccessFactors
Effective leadership skills with strong motivational and people management skills that will influence and drive the team to success
Supports product launches and delivery of key capabilities on time and on budget
Support the development of enhancements to existing products by understanding and analysing user needs
Ability to independently drive change within the team that will improve the overall efficiency and throughput
A clear understanding of the business imperatives and how they align with the wider company strategy
Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of product management
Flexibility to changing priorities, ability to manage multiple duties and work under time constraints
Be up to date with the SAP road map and upcoming features in SuccessFactors modules
Gathers and incorporates product feedback into subsequent product releases
