JOB TITLE:Executive/Sr. Executive - IT/IT administrator/Sr. IT administrator

AM-IT/Manager-IT
JOB PURPOSE:
IT (information technology) executives manage the information technology needs and systems of their employers, including implementing database and network designs, installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues throughout their organizations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for IT Infrastructure Maintenance.
- Responsible for Installation and technical Support for hardware & software.
- Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management.
- Responsible for Help Desk Management.
- Responsible for Configuration and troubleshooting for Users.
- Responsible to Network Administration.
- Responsible for Server Management & Maintenance.
- Managing & supporting internal Audits as per SOP's.
- Responsible for Reporting of incidents & Resolution TAT.
- Responsible for Managing POS, Screen display, EDC machine and Kiosk management
SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualification:

Education:
Btech/ Diploma in IT
2.
Professional:
Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.
