ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Min 34 years of work experience in Sales & Distribution.
  • Achieve sales targets by growing business by appointing RDS/distributors.
  • Appoint/Lead the Distributors/DTR Partners in respective state & cities.
  • Study the local market trend, reports, analysis to increase the sales.
  • Meet distributors, dealers & retailers on a regular basis to improve market share / volume.
  • Responsible for market information collection, category planning, and timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Monthly forecast of Rolling Sales Plan (RSP) for product planning and preparation and rolling out of targets to employees (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary) and Distributors (MOU) on the 1st of every month.
  • Daily Sales report Flow assurance.
  • To manage & assure the viability of sales team.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
