Exp : 5 to 10 yrs -

Advance troubleshooting skills
Ability to identify, deploy, and manage complex networking systems.
Highlevel, outofthebox thinking, analytical reasoning, creative problemsolving skills paired realistic and pragmatic execution.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Support Network landscape in 1st and 2nd level instance
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability (Operation Manager, Cisco DNA and other tools)
Analyzing and troubleshooting of existing hardware, software, and networking systems.
Testing and troubleshooting installed Cisco & CISCO MERAKI systems
Resolving technical issues with networks, hardware, and software.

SQL-Support and Maintenance

Performing speed and security tests on installed networks.
Upgrading/replacing hardware and software systems when required.
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Documentation of environment
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Participation in 18x6 On-Call Support

Pay:
₹80, ₹95,000.00 per month
