Key Responsibilities:

Have knowledge about Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio & Firstcry.
Have experience in Apparel Industry is a plus.
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams on execution of brand, marketing and ecommerce activities
Listing & inventory updating on eCom platforms.
Execute activities driven by data analytics
Implement customer retention and loyalty programs
Implement ecommerce activities
Implement new business collaboration initiatives
Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan
Manage a diverse service environment
Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs, and activities over digital platforms
Operate and maintain existing IT infrastructure and networks based on standard operations procedures
Prepare insights report on data mining outcome
Provide specialized knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap
Track and report business outcome of datadriven insights

Desired Skills & Experience:

Go getter, and selfstarter.
Strong analytic and number crunching skills
13 years of experience marketing retail brands (preferably in fashion/Garments).
Maturity to work with people across levels
Ability to work independently and in a team
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation abilities
Knowledge of digital marketing required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or other closely related field.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
