Description

Job Description of Production Engineer

  • Responsible for complete quality control on the shop floor.
  • Will include Incoming, outgoing & Inprocess quality inspection.
  • Responsible for monitoring daily production for achieving defined quality.
  • To reduce rework and rejections.
  • Will also be responsible for Toolroom & development.
  • Daily monitoring and control of consumables.
  • Maintain and update Quality & productions related documents.
  • Monitoring rejection and quality complaints, and analyzing data to prepare an action plan for reducing rejection.
  • Regular maintenance and upkeep of production tools.
  • Responsible to update training modules for workers.
  • Leading & motivating the workforce and imparting continuous onthejob training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
  • To create continuous improvement culture on the shop floor and motivate the team.
  • Responsible for new component programming setup.
  • Having experience of at least 2 years.
  • Preferable if from an Automotive Company.
  • Education must be of Engineering background, diploma holders can also apply.

Salary:
₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
