Together with:

- Data entry and record keeping: Maintaining databases, updating records, and organizing files.
- Financial Tasks: This may involve tasks such as processing invoices, handling petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Managing office facilities: Overseeing maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and coordinating office security.
- Event Planning: Office administrators may be tasked with organizing meetings, events, or travel arrangements for staff members.
- Providing support to visitors: Greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate person or location, and providing assistance as needed.
- Assisting with travel arrangements: Accommodations and transportation for staff travel when necessary.
- Handling administrative requests: Responding to inquiries from staff, clients, or vendors, and providing necessary information or assistance.
- Policy Implementation: Office administrators may help enforce office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
In combination with:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience working in facilities management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
