Location:
Sriperumbudur, Chennai.

Experience:
3-12 Years.

Job Purpose:

To ensure SMT/ Back end Line readiness and Maintain the Machines for the smooth and efficient operation

24 X 7.

Monitor and maintain the department/ line KPI's assigned

Down time, yield, scrap, repair and maintenance

cost, operating safety and environmental aspects.

Line engineer

Reporting Lines:
LVI SMT and Back end Lines

Principal Accountabilities:

Ensure smooth running of SMT& FAP lines by maximising the uptime in shifts
Monitor the performance metrics and work on it to maintain the and achieve the targets
Support product changeovers and preventive maintenance for the lines assigned

4. 5.Spare / Asset Management in shifts for the lines assigned

Support for the Installation and layout changes of SMT/FAP lines in shifts
Assists for the NPI activities and Process improvements

Experience and Education

Diploma/BE in EEE/ Mechatronics/ ECE/ Mechanical with 3~8 years' experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

a. Experience in analysing and troubleshooting of electrical / pneumatic circuits

b. Hands on experience in mechanical assembly and alignment process

c. Knowledge on SMT and back end equipment and process.

d. Working experience in similar industries.

Salary:
₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
