DOs priority is to sale different types of Unsecured and Secured products of Bank with the help of exciting offers and benefits.

Help bank to maintain good relationship with the customer and achieve the target set by the program team.


Key responsibilities:


  • Building business relationships with customer base
  • Handle all service requests and crosssell different banking products
  • Understanding the requirement of customers and create need over a call
  • Build conversations leading to sale opportunities
  • Offer Bank Financial solutions
  • Adhere the shift timings
  • Follow quality parameters and create better customer experience. Not engage in misselling of products
  • Handling several outbound calls to potential customers as per defined KRA and targets

Role Proficiencies:


  • Good communication skills in both English and local language.
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skill.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to successfully work as a part of a team.
  • Staying near office Location/ having own vehicle to commute to office
  • Banking and Financial Services experience
Experience in Outbound Telecalling.


Job Types:

Salary:
₹17, ₹21,000.00 per month
