    Cognizant hiring for Engineering Ops Manager

    Location :Pan india

    Minimum Qualifications:

    ? Bachelors in Technology

    ? 5+yr relevant experience

    ? Proficient in English, written and spoken

    ? Advanced knowledge of how to use Google Workspace tools such as Forms, Sheets, Slides, Docs etc.

    ? Demonstrated mastery of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban).

    ? Strong Analytical skills - Excel/Sheets, SQL (Looker is a plus)

    ? Proven experience managing complex projects with several stakeholder groups, ideally in content production, software development or BI

    ? Experience in Escalation Management and stakeholder communication

    ? Proven people management and prioritization skills

    ? Proficient in making data-driven decisions

    ? Outstanding program execution skills, thought leadership, independent follow-through, problem solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and communication skills, both verbal and written

    ? Risk Management and Proactive Problem-Solving: Strong anticipation of potential issues, risks, and bottlenecks, combined with adept problem-solving skills and the ability to devise mitigation and contingency plans.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ? Build & execute end-to-end project plan for special projects that use Google tools & technologies to improve operations & save efforts

    ? Oversee different tech & non-tech projects within the larger support team to ensure they are integrated closely with each other resulting in high customer satisfaction & low turnaround times

    ? Escalation Management (revamping the escalation process, assist with comms, resolution and the postmortems)

    ? Closely collaborate with Zendesk & Looker experts on building data pipelines necessary to gather operational data for general support & program support

    ? Continuous Improvement (Work with Process Excellence teams to identify areas of improvement inefficiency and CSAT & help execute solutions)

    ? Collaborate with Project Managers across different functions to develop a holistic and standardized approach to Project Management, data collection and reporting
