We are actively hiring for the role of "
Account Executive" for a Leading Company in the area of Facades and Structures in Mumbai.


Responsibilities:


  • Accounts Payable
  • Assist in processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • General Ledger Maintenance in Tally
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and uptodate general ledger entries in Tally
  • Record journal entries and adjustments as directed by senior accountants.
  • Participate in monthend and yearend closing procedures.
  • Assistance in Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing various financial reports and statements.
  • Expense Management including project site expenses and petty cash
  • Help manage employee expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 34 years of experience in accounting or finance roles in contractor/ project companies.
  • Proficient in using accounting software
  • Tally and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
