Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Use multi channel approaches in recruitment sourcing as required.
- ‌Hiring based on organization set goals and use best practices of industry.
- ‌Manage end to end recruitment cycle
- ‌Sourcing & pre-screening to identify right talent as per clients need.
- ‌Pre & post offer follow-ups including salary negotiations, document collection, on boarding(joining).
- ‌Maintaining trackers & reports.

**Key Skill:
- ** Recruiting, Sourcing, English Communication, MS-Excel.

**Qualification:
- **Any Graduate/ Post Graduate


Job Location - BR-26, Sector 116 Noida

Timings - 9:30am to 6pm

2 Saturdays off(Alternate)

"Full time Office job"

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
